What is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy

RTT ~ Rapid Transformational Therapy is a hybrid therapy, that offers unparalleled results by combining the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, (NLP) Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Developed by the highly acclaimed Marisa Peer who has perfected this method over 30 years.

Using RTT we have the ability to access the subconscious mind allowing us to uncover, reprogram, and upgrade limiting beliefs and find the root cause of mental and physical issues, patterns or behaviors providing complete freedom and healing.

The direct access to the subconscious, along with other modalities used in RTT allows us to effectively, swiftly and permanently create the change you seek.

When you’re  looking for change or experiencing issues, you want relief. You want rapid results and that’s exactly what RTT delivers. Unlike talk therapy, that can often take years and years, RTT most commonly delivers in a single session. Some issues may require up to, but not more than three  sessions.

Who benefits from RTT?

RTT is for any anyone, young or old, who desires to feel better (internally or externally). RTT is for you if you have tried to change, but have been unsuccessful. RTT is for you if you want to improve a specific area of your life or business and haven’t been able to get there yourself. RTT is for you if you want a life of freedom, joy and fulfillment. 

What issues do RTT work with?

RTT can be used in treating a broad range of issues including~anxiety and depression, addictions, eating disorders, weight issues, fears and phobias, confidence and self-esteem, achieving goals/motivation, abundance/success blocks, physical and chronic pain, migraines and fertility issues.

How does it work?

Hypnosis is not magic, it is science. It works by creating a burst of “Alpha” brainwaves, the same as when you experience REM when you are dreaming. That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It is not difficult to do and is something that most people experience quite often, when you are engrossed in a good book or movie, or when you are driving somewhere arriving at your destination with no recollection of consciously driving there. Kind of like your on autopilot.

How long does it take?

Each RTT session last between 90 minutes to 2 hours, so we ask that you block off 2 hours.

Am I awake?

Yes, RTT/Hypnosis is a sleep of the nervous system. You don’t actually go to sleep. You are fully aware you are taken into a deeper level of yourself. You are in charge.

Can I get stuck in hypnosis?

No. That is a myth. You are completely aware and in control the whole time you are in hypnosis. You can talk with me throughout the session.You may drift into sleep state at the end of the session, you will eventually notice that your not hearing my voice and open your eyes. You will be fully aware at the end of the session. 

What does it feel like?

The experience of hypnosis feels different for different people, most people feel relaxed and at ease. For some, it’s a sleepy, floating sensation. You are fully conscious throughout and in control the whole time. The important thing to know is that your results are not dependent on how “deep” you go. The RTT process is effective whether you are a lighter or deeper state of relaxation.

What if I don't go deep enough?

Don’t worry about how deep you go. The depth of the trance is not linked to the result at all. Some clients think they are not very deep and yet they get positive results. Just allow yourself to relax during the session and assure yourself that it is ‘working’ and it will be effective.

What if I think I know the reason behind my issue?

What makes RTT amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you typically see it in a completely different and new way during the session. That is what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately change your belief. For many clients, they go back to the scenes or memories that are totally different than what they have expected, just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.

What if the memories are painful or scary?

It is important to remember that you are not reliving the scene, you are simply reviewing it, and that you are in fact safe. You will be reminded of this during the session and I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal.

When will I start to see changes?

Everyone responds a little differently, but there is typically 3 types of changes from RTT. Immediate~you feel a shift right away and immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviors during and right after the session. Incremental~you see consistent shifts everyday and over time. Retroactive~ you don’t notice the shifts right away and then some time later you look back and see the things that are now different in your life.

How does it work in one session?

RTT and hypnosis provide direct access to the reasons you feel how you feel. We are not wasting time talking about what your conscious mind thinks may be the cause. Your subconscious mind already knows the answer.  Though the answers, you gain a new understanding, from a place of non-judgement. This allows your mind to let go for good. Then we are able to reprogram and upgrade your mind with the beliefs that empower you. Some issues can take more than one session.

What if I want another session?

RTT is designed to give you a powerful break though and create positive changes in your life. Depending on the issue some clients may need more than one RTT session on a particular issue. While some issues can be resolved in as little as one session, others require up to 3 sessions to the change.

Is it all confidential?

Yes. A confidentiality agreement will be signed.

Where are the sessions done?

I offer sessions in person at my office  in Lake Forest, Illinois. I also offer sessions virtually through Zoom online platform. All you need is an internet connection.
